Wattles Wiltshire Horn Lamb, Wells
The lamb and hoggett meat we produce comes from our award winning Pedigree Wiltshire Horn sheep (Flock No. 693. Our stock ram was Breed Champion at the Royal Bath & West of England Show in 2005) They are one of the few breeds that do not need shearing. We give our sheep the best possible life with a very low stocking density. They exist on good herbicide and pesticide free grasses supplemented by our own hay in the winter.
Lamb and hoggett is available in 'half'lamb' boxes that can be butchered to individual requirements or out 'house-cut' specification comprising: two half legs, chump chops, loin chops, cutlets, shoulder, rolled breast and mince.
