Radford Fine Fudge is located in the rural village of Martock in South Somerset. We are a small family run business supporting local producers. The clotted cream used in our fudge is sourced from Rookery Farm, where the Petheram family has been farming for 6 generations. The naturally reared herd of British Friesian cows graze in rich grasslands of the Someset Levels
