Beef All Levels' Best beef is from English native breeds and reared in tune with nature over years while grazing grass through the summer and home-grown forage through winter.	Lamb Spring born English native breed lambs that graze extensively (including the salt marshes of the Parrett Estuary) make Levels' Best lamb succulent and full of flavour.
Pork Levels' Best pork comes from happy English native breed pigs that forage freely in orchards and grasslands across the Levels.	Poultry & Eggs Levels' Best chicken and eggs are sure to be free range and if a hybrid reared under Soil Association Certified Organic standards.
Dairy Levels' Best milk is from English native breed cows that feed on the natural pastures of the Levels. This milk makes yoghurts, cream, ice cream and cheeses.	Fruit & Nuts A range of seasonal fruits are included in Levels' Best. Walnuts grown naturally on the Levels and are processed for oil and pickling.
Vegetables & Honey A range of seasonal vegetables are included in Levels' Best. Honey is harvested from hives in orchards and in wildflower meadows as well as from agricultural crops.
