Somerset's traditional drink is cider – no less so for the Levels and Moors. For hundreds of years, thirsts have been quenched with this superb apple drink. Fresh apple juice is equally refreshing without the 'side affects' of alcohol.

Levels' Best ciders and apple juices are among the best in the county and widely available through farm shops and markets.

Levels' Best can also count among its speciality drinks – organic fruit wines, award-winning apple aperitif and raspberry liqueur and the ancient honey drink, mead. All processed and bottled on the same farm as the fruit is grown.

Beers and ales also feature under the Levels' Best banner made with malting barley and hops from the nearest source to the Levels and Moors as is possible. Brewed on the farm and sold through local markets and farm shops.

After research with single variety cider apple juices, Kingston Black and Browns came out the winners, so 75cl and 25cl bottles are available. We also stock Bramley juice - often used in cider blends.

The juices were good enough to make it to the finals of the Country Living/Waitrose Awards.
