Burcott Mill, Wells
Burcott Mill has featured in Somerset's flour industry and history for 1000 years. The present 1864-built watermill uses original machinery and traditional methods. In 2000, new miller Ian Burt dedicated his entire operation to organic productions, Soil Association certified. All his flour is hand packed by him alone, in hand-stamped bags.

Open Daily all year for flour sales
Tea Room selling fresh bread and local produce is open weekends only Easter to end September when tours of the mill can be taken (admission charges apply).
